No longer have access to Paramount +

Hi,

When I started my subscription with Apple TV+ and Paramount + as seen below, I had access to Paramount +, then it just disappeared after a while. I can still access Apple TV +.

On which device are you experiencing this issue ?

Can you reactivate your access rights from the "Compte" section of your "ESPACE CLIENT" ?

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to me. I have reactivated my access rights and on all my devices it says "Obtenir" even though as you can see in my initial subscription it was included and I haven't changed my subscription since signing up.

If reactivation has had no effect and the "obtained" message appears on all your devices, the issue seems to be related to your account.

Access to your personal file would be necessary to assist you.
