Obsolescence de l'interface et failles majeures du système de recherche et replay
There are catalog malfunctions. It's insane how many matches are impossible to find through the search. I shouldn't have to navigate between different tabs—Search > Apps > Calendar—just to find my match. It should be displayed everywhere. In the "Apps" section under beIN SPORTS, half the matches aren't even listed. Even the competitions aren't listed. The Carabao Cup used to be displayed, but now it's gone. The FA Cup isn't even a clickable sports option (the URL). https://www.canalplus.com/sport/football-coupe-dangleterre/ (returns an error). They display the FA Cup for Chelsea, but not for others. The user interface is generally very poor and really sloppy.
The schedule only goes back one day, and you can't rewind more than about 8 hours on a channel; beyond that, you have to rely on replays, which don't work half the time. You can't watch content immediately after it airs on beIN SPORTS; you have to wait through those 8 hours. And after those 8 hours? It's a gamble whether you'll be able to watch a replay.
These are observations, not exaggerations. This is the state of Canal+ today. The level is very low.
In Belgium, we have "Telenet," which offers automatic replays for EVERYTHING, with a good schedule that goes back several months and a clear interface (not this messy "evening/morning" format), as well as a good search function for the past 15 years, all for the same price. Coming to France, I thought that the most widely used platform, with a revenue ten times greater, would surely surpass that of a small country like Belgium. But no. You've rested on your laurels because nothing can explain such a mediocre interface. Your system constraints with other platforms don't matter to us; they're just excuses, as if there were no other way. It's possible, perhaps just not according to your standards, but other platforms manage it very well.
