Service clients email et resialiation abonnement

Bonjour,

Impossible de resilier via mon espace abonné .... et pas de formulaire de contact disponible via mon espace !

Incroyable en 2025 ! Service client pas à la hauteur ....

Une adresse email SVP à partager pour demander une resiliation via email (en esperant que le service effectue la prise en charge ...)

I am having this issue too. Awful customer support. I have reached out and attempted to call them multiple times. @Olivier_EquipeCANAL I have emailed the address you mentioned in a final attempt to get contact. Please can you make sure I get help. 

Any other emails I can try? I have tried to phone multiple times but cant. And emailed multiple of your support emails I found on this forum.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The email address I gave earlier is the only one you can contact in case you are not able to call our Customer Services.

Anyway, you should get an answer fast by mail. If your issue doesn't require any access to your account, maybe we can help you in that matter?

I am unable to phone. I have tried multiple times. 

I have also now sent multiple emails to the email, no response.... 

This is becoming extremley annoying...

Did you check your spam folder? I'm surprised you still didn't get any reply from our Customer Services. If you can't contact us by phone, it probably means you are not living in France anymore. That means that you might want to cancel your subscription: you would have to give us a proof of this. Send it back by mail as soon as possible then.
