Unable to pay - your website is NOT working

I have made several attempts to pay my bill on your website using a credit card, but there must be a bug in your system.

It keeps coming back to the same payment page over and over again.  

I also tried to pay using PayPal instead of credit card, but that selection button doesn't even work on your website.

Please, help me to resolve this asap.

Do not have a French speaking agent call me. 

Either call me in English, or email so I can translate.

I am VERY close to cancelling my subscription with you.

Which country are you currently trying to make the payment from? Have you tried using a private (incognito) browsing window?
